Graphite mold making process and steps.
1. Measurement and setting out: According to the requirements of the drawing, use calipers and vernier calipers to measure the parts and mark the dimensions;
2. Make blank parts: Use a grinding wheel cutting machine to process the parts into the required shape (note the fillet radius);
3. Grinding and polishing: After using the grinding wheel to grind out the required shape, polish the surface;
4. Trimming: Trim off the excess edge;
5. Inversion molding: Put the finished blank into the mold, and then flip it out to get the finished product.
