Description: The graphite electrode is made by high-quality low ash materoils, including petroleum coke, needle coke and coal pitch. Calcining, burdening, kneading, forming, baking and pressure impregantion, graphitization and then precision machined with professional CNC machining. Application: Electric arc furnaces and submerged arc furnaces for steel making and yellow phosphorous production. Size: Diameter ranges from 50 to 1200mm, Length from 1500 to 2400mm. Grades Available: RP, HP, SHP, UHP graphite electrodes and nipples Special Treatment: Anti-oxidation impregnation treatment to extend graphite electrodes service life and reduce consumption rate.
