We Daking Graphite Company can customize kinds of graphite products. Last year, one of our American clients looking for the glass blowing graphite mold. We can make this kinds graphite mold, but first we need confirm the drawing and the graphite material. This client has his own design of the graphite mold. If other client don’t have the drawing, we can also design as per clients requirement. After confirm the drawing, we select the suitable graphite material to customer according to the working condition. According to our experience, glass blowing need isostatic graphite material which is stronger and with lower porosity. The surface which contact the glass need to be polished to insure the finished glass has a smooth surface.
After the clients receive the graphite mold, he said it looks great and the use is very good. Two months later we received a new order from this customer. Quality is the most import thing to clients.
